Induction heating provides a method of rapidly removing electrical varnishes and surface coatings from electrical conductors.
During the heating time, fumes are drawn into the unit and passed through a multi-stage extraction system. In either unit, an adjustable ‘backstop’ is used to set the strip length. A vacuum extraction system removes debris. Our design ensures that all conductors in a bunch are equally heated, and allows a few seconds for the system to draw off residual fumes. A clean, bright finish can be produced with a quick, light brushing.
